Pick Up Orders

Your order will be ready for collection as per your selected date and time, please do not wait for a confirmation email to collect your order.
If you come earlier, your order might not be ready.
If you for some reason are late or miss your pick up date. Your order will be ready for the following day, there is no need to contact us.

Delivery dates can be subject to changes by the third party courier service and/or due to unforseen circumstances.
Lovely sweets holds no accountability or responsibility if orders are delayed and not delivered by your selected delivery date due to third party courier delays or unforseen circumstances. PLEASE ORDER AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION
Delivery orders will be scheduled for delivery on your selected date. If it's for an event, we encourage customers to select a date at least 2 to 3 days before your event.
Live tracking and estimated delivery time will be provided to customers on the morning of delivery via text and or email.
Requests for specific time deliveries will not be acknowledged general delivery timings are 7am to 6pm
If no one is present at time of delivery, courier service will place the order in safe, cool and dry place. All delivery orders are packed inside an insulated carton with cold packs to ensure your order remains fresh for your arrival.

Extra delivery charges are applicable after placing a pre order for the following:
Double check your order before finalising.
No refunds, cancellations, or changes allowed within 5 days of your pick-up/delivery date.
